Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. There is no additional charge for this however our international shipping rates, timeframes and rules may apply depending on the delivery location.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Your order will be picked, packed, and posted within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once the order has been shipped you will be notified by email. If your postage selection is offered with tracking, you will be made aware of this tracking number in this email. You may also be contacted directly by our couriers by email/phone with additional tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
KH Fixings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
KH Fixings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
